Dominick J. Decker is General Counsel and a Wealth Advisor at Wealth Alliance Advisory Group, a role he assumed in 2023. Dominick earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in business, from the University of Kansas. He also received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
As a practicing attorney, Dominick has developed invaluable expertise through internships with firms such as Hinkle Law Firm and Morris Laing Law Firm. He also has experience in commercial property management from working with Wiegand-Omega Management. His journey also includes serving as a Legislative Intern for the Kansas State House of Representatives and as a Political and Economic Intern with the U.S. State Department at the Consulate General in Melbourne, Australia.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dominick is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He currently serves on the advisory board of the East Wichita YMCA and the board of LegacyWorks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through nontraditional paths to success. The Wichita Business Journal has recently recognized Dominick’s leadership and dedication as a 2024 Emerging Leader and a Young Professional in Financial Services in 2025.. In his spare time, he enjoys his hobby as a private pilot and spending time with his wife, Hadley, and their dog, Piper.
