Matthew G. Catlin

Matthew is the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Wealth Alliance Advisory Group. He co-founded the firm in 2017, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry. His career began in 1999 and includes leadership roles at one of the world's largest global financial services firms, where he served as Branch Manager and Vice President – Wealth Management. He has also held senior management positions at two local banks in commercial and residential lending.

Matthew holds a B.G.S. in business administration and sociology from Wichita State University and is a registered Investment Adviser Representative. He provides strategic oversight and fiduciary investment management for both institutional and individual clients, approaching each relationship with a focus on long-term goals, tailored solutions, and helping clients navigate the financial decisions that shape their lives.

Outside of his professional role, Matthew is active in his community. He volunteers regularly at his local church and has been involved in youth sports through the YMCA, as well as in Scouting. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children. Together, they enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and supporting their children’s academic and athletic activities.
