Randi is a executive liaison and strategic coordinator for Wealth Alliance Advisory Group. She bringing over 30 years of leadership, training, and organizational development experience from her distinguished military career.
Randi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business management from Friends University. Before joining Wealth Alliance, Randi served as the State Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Kansas Air National Guard, representing the highest level of enlisted leadership in the state. In this role, she advised senior leadership on strategic planning, personnel development, and operational readiness for more than 2,200 Airmen across two Wings.
Throughout her military service, Randi held key leadership roles in recruiting, human resources, education and training, and sustainment services—developing a deep expertise in mentoring, strategic decision-making, and guiding others through complex transitions. Her work included humanitarian and international operations in Honduras, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico, underscoring her commitment to service and teamwork under pressure.
